Bodytonic present The Twisted Pepper

Second Bodytonic post in as many days. It can only be a testament to the Dublin collective's hard work and tireless output. Known to many as the crew who run Electric Picnic's dance arena and the buckie serving Bernard Shaw pub in Portobello. The lads are currently coming close to fulfilling a long term goal of running their own club venue. Located on Middle Abbey St., in the space formally known as Traffic, Bodytonic have been hard at work giving the northside venue a face lift over the past while. Twisted Pepper, as the new club will be known, is planned to have 3/4 distinct floors of music on any one night. The downstairs area opened on Thursday and first reports are extremely positive. Kitted out with a Funktion-one system and a reloacted dj booth, the re-jig will further improve an otherwise great venue. The upstairs area is due to open in 2/3 weeks.

I would highly recommend heading along on the 8th of November when Fish Go Deep will preside over the official opening. The night also coincides with Stereotonic's 5th birthday so expect big things. Many more acts to be added to the line-up over the coming weeks.
